Who we are
Heller Kunststoffe GmbH is a medium-sized family business in Hesse, Germany: founded in 1979 by Manfred Heller, today managed in the second generation by Manfred and Marco Heller. Around 50 employees manufacture custom plastic profiles, hoses and round cords on 20 extrusion lines in Herborn-Seelbach, with in-house toolmaking and worldwide distribution.

We have the ideas.
For more than four decades we have been producing profiles and hoses from PVC and its substitutes at our plant. Numerous industries have been supplied with quality profiles from our company ever since: from automotive suppliers to shower enclosure manufacturers.
Our strength is individual customer service from first draft to series production. To truly solve our customers\' problems we run our own toolmaking shop and an internal welding shop for fabrication into rings and frames. A quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 guarantees consistently high quality of products and processes.
