Work where
profiles are born
Heller Kunststoffe employs around 50 people in Herborn-Seelbach, Germany, and is looking for reinforcement in extrusion. What makes the difference: a five-day week without weekend or night shifts, above-standard pay with holiday and Christmas bonuses, bike leasing and the short paths of a family business. Applications are handled personally by Esther Heller. German language skills are helpful for daily work on the shop floor.
Currently wanted
Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, specialising in extrusion (m/f/d)
We are looking for a motivated colleague with completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification. Experienced professionals and career changers with a quick grasp are welcome too. Extrusion experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
Your tasks
Within the team you take on the technical and organisational coordination of production processes: setting up, converting and starting extrusion lines for profiles and hoses, handing over released lines to the operators, monitoring the machines, correcting and fixing faults, optimising processes and contributing to new projects.
You get
A secure permanent position with individual onboarding in a motivated team. The five-day week without weekend or night shifts gives you a real work-life balance. Above-standard performance-based pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses and bike leasing are part of the package, as are company events like the Christmas party and summer festival.
Speculative application: career changers for warehouse, production and toolmaking
Looking for a new professional challenge, even off the beaten track? We welcome your speculative application: warehouse logistics, production or toolmaking, motivated career changers included.
Machines with character
20 extrusion lines, in-house toolmaking, real responsibility from day one: you do not operate an anonymous plant here, you run your line.
An email is enough: CV, a few lines about yourself, done. Esther Heller replies personally.
